Grit in the Garden
Similar to True Grit, but we spend the first part of the class outside in beautiful Victoria Gardens in Prahran, for our plein air drawing of plates. Drawing up plates can be whatever is in front of you or just a feeling you get from being there- let your imagination run free. Then we return to the studio to build up our plates using drypoint tools, textures and adhesives. On day two, we will be exploring different printing techniques such as chine colle, multi plates and selective wiping.
